WP 0 - Coordination & Management
Objectives
Work package 0 oversees the coordination and the day to day management of the IMCONet project as well as the public outreach. The WP ensures that the consortium’s contractual duties are fulfilled, advises and guides the participants to comply with the EU regulations and fulfill their contractual and legal requirements. The WP ensures, through the SEMB and the host contact persons, the use of standardized procedures and approaches at all host sites for staff exchange. It assists in the sharing of information between the other WPs, motivates the consortium participants, and maximizes synergies among participants through organising joint meetings, workshops and trainings. The WP coordinates dissemination activities in order to reach out to the scientific community, the general public, and policy-makers.
